1. AN IMPORTANT TECHNIQUE IN INCREASING MOTIVATION IS SIMPLY ENJOYING IT.
A hobby is a hobby because you enjoy doing it. To be make exercise a leisure activity for a lifetime, find something that you like doing. (Baker, 2012)
Some activities we enjoy include:
Disc golf/ frisbee golf
Sports athletics such as simply going to a batting practice cage/facility or a volleyball court.
2. STUDIES HAVE SHOWN THAT PEOPLE TEND TO ENJOY PHYSICAL ACTIVITY MORE WHEN THEY ARE LEARNING SOMETHING NEW. (Baker, 2012)
Some people have never learned any activities and are intimidated. If you look at it as a chance to learn, physical activity will become more enjoyable. (Eun-Ok Im et al, 2011)

3. PARTICIPATING IN GROUP ACTIVITIES OR CLASSES IS ALSO A VERY GOOD TECHNIQUE.
Having people you enjoy being around will make it feel like you all are just “hanging out”.
