Either you run the day, or the day runs you” - Jim Rohn

In order for you to live a healthy, happy life, you first need to understand few facts about physical activity:

Exercise does not mean run on a treadmill for six hours and be miserable. It does not have to be extreme running; simple activities like hiking, jogging with your dog, or even playing tag with kids can do the trick. Exercise is anything that elevates your heart rateand takes your body outside of its normal comfort zone. Exercise is a bonus. Physical activity helps get the heart stronger, build muscle, and daily exercise is a constant reminder that you are leveling up your life.

Furthermore, the health benefits of exercise also ease stress and anxiety, lift up your mood, enhance brainpower, improve self-esteem, and boost your daily energy.

Let’s Get Started:

  1. ·Start the activity with OPTIMISM !

·Invite your family, friends, co-workers, neighbors

·Make the activity short & sweet (at least 30-60min)
.                               ·Make sure you will actually ENJOY the activity. 👍
