How often Should I Strength Train?

 

 

According to the CDC, the Center of Disease Control, healthy adults within the ages of 18 to 64 years of age should aim for 150 minutes of moderate exercise (ex. Walking) with 2 days of strength training that involve all major muscle groups. If you are squeezed for time and ambitious the CDC also recommends 75 minutes of vigorous exercise (ex. jogging) with 2 days of strength training that involve all major muscle groups.
