Find something that sounds relatively in your fitness level and what interests you.                               3. Find a friend! Someone who will hold you accountable and will motivate you throughout the entire duration.                                               4. Finally, make time! No matter if it’s for an hour or just ten minutes. Any time you take to be physically active during your week will be beneficial down the road. Trust us, your body will thank you!
